The Starter Plan includes basic traffic and conversion reporting. Expansion adds SEO rank tracking and heatmaps. Performance clients get comprehensive performance reports with monthly improvement recommendations. If you’re an existing customer and would like to discuss your reports in detail, please email reporting@creativewhs.com.
Response times vary by plan priority. Performance plan clients get the fastest response, followed by Expansion, then Starter. We aim to respond within 72 hours for all plans. To submit a support request, please email updates@creativewhs.com.
While we cannot guarantee full ADA compliance, we take every step to make each site engaging and accessible to all users. Performance and Expansion Plan clients receive regular ADA compliance audits, and Starter Plan clients may request an audit as an add-on for an additional fee.
